Festival Flares

The year is 2015, it is festival season and flares are all the rage. This sounds like the greatest love story ever written, yes?

NO.

The problem is we can’t wear flares and wellies, we just can’t. Well, we can but it makes no sense as the flare part of the flare isn’t there (excuse the rhyme) .
